A juvenile Port Jackson Shark stranded in an intertidal rock pool in Jervis Bay.
Firstly this is an actual photo which has not been photoshopped. On high tide there is approximately 1.5m of water on top of these rock pools. I believe that the shark has swum into the rock pool on high tide and then has unknowingly got itself stranded in the rock pool as the tide has gone out.
After snapping a few photos, I managed to carefully remove the shark from the Rockpool and place it back safely in the ocean.
