Gorgeous Bobby – the Superb Fairy Wren, I adored painting this little guy. So much detail in his fluffy little feathers, I was lost in the process for weeks. If you look closely you can see the little watercolour patches and teeny paint splatters on his chest, these are my little chances to ‘play’ – I feel they are what bring his cheeky little character to life
