My item was delivered faulty, what do I do?

If an item arrives and the packaging or item is damaged, please take a
photo / video showing the damage and contact ArtisUs immediately.
You have 24hrs from the delivery time to report any transit damage.

Transit damage can not be claimed after this time.
If we require a return of the product, we will pay for the cost of the return. Once we have booked the
return, we will send you a shipping label to be printed out and attached to the original packaging that
your print arrived in – Please remove any old labels and/or barcodes to prevent confusion
We will process either a refund or exchange once your item has been returned.

We repect your rights under Australian consumer law.

Can I please cancel / make a change to my order?

As we manufacture each print by order, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make changes
(including print selection and size) once your order has been placed. Up until your order has been
dispatched, we can update your shipping address if required.

I have changed my mind about what I have ordered. Can I return or exchange it?

Change of mind returns / exchanges are made on a case by case basis. Please get in touch with us to discuss your options.

How long before I get my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin the manufacturing process immediately, Production times vary depending on the

product and season. Generally your purchase will be ready to send 1 – 5 business days after ordering. Xmas being the exception.
Shipping times can take 1-5 business days depending on your location in Australia and the season.

I need it ASAP can you help me out?

Urgent shipping may be available for your purchase. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us

at [email protected] so we can organise this for you.
Urgent shipping may incur an extra fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Nope .. having said that, if you need something delivered outside of Australia then get in touch and we maybe able to work something out.
